Note

As the nature of this work is confidential, I won't be able to show any specific details about the project for the time being. If you have questions about my experience, feel free to drop an email.

Challenge

One of the responsibilities of the sales team at Witarist was to document, maintain and manage data generated from their workflow which was currently being done on Google Spreadsheets. However, doing all this on spreadsheet is quite challenging and posed a lot a problems as the data became larger and larger.

Vision

The company sought a way to streamline the activities performed by the sales team to a singular platform. This would make managing data more convenient and enhance overall workflow efficiency.

My Role

Collaborating closely with product managers and developers, my responsibilities included carrying out research, engaging in brainstorming, designing user flows and wireframes, presenting ideas and prototypes, and ultimately delivering final screens accompanied by an extensive design system.

Reflection

During the project, many new requirement popped up that needed attention. As it was our very first cycle for this portal, we were learning every time we had the prototypes or design in our hand during our calls. Working on such a product cycle for the first time taught me the importance of handling and assessing requirements.
