Challenge

Yamaha Financial Services, a division of Yamaha Motor Corporation, utilized a web form as an integral component of their operations. However, this form presented a range of usability challenges and lacked the desired visual appeal.

My Role

As the sole design working on the project, I collaborated closely with the development team working on the old web form layout. My primary responsibilities included conducting research and audits, wireframing low fidelity designs to final UI screens and design components, all prepared for seamless handover to the developers.

Reflection

In my experience, I've learned the importance of adapting the design process to meet specific time constraints. Faced with tight deadlines, I customized our approach, conducted thorough research, and successfully delivered a functional and user-friendly end product within the given timeframe.
