Problem

Yono SBI has enabled millions to carry out banking activities from the convenience of their homes, making it a widely-used app. However, its poor interface, confusing navigation, and numerous usability issues have led to negative user experiences, discouraging many from using the app.

Yono SBI has enabled millions to carry out banking activities from the convenience of their homes, making it a widely-used app. However, its poor interface, confusing navigation, and numerous usability issues have led to negative user experiences, discouraging many from using the app.

Process

I began the project by comprehensively understanding and validating the problem through user reviews and interviews. Following this initial research, I conducted a thorough analysis, including competitive assessments and heuristic evaluations, to pinpoint specific issues. Utilizing personas, task flows, and user flows, I generated ideas and crafted wireframes, culminating in the creation of UI screens that prioritized enhanced usability and aesthetics while remaining mindful of the core user base.
